Tan caps with pale yellow-tan gills. The caps ranged in size from 5-7 cm wide, and they were fan-shaped with incurved margins. The gills were attached and were descending the stems. There were numerous, in various states of decay, on the bottom edge of a rotting log in a mixed, swampy, snowy forest.
