Habitat: Pushing up through moss below pines and hardwoods in a dense mixed hardwood/coniferous forest in Northwest Georgia (Gordon County), US.

Gill surface: White to cream, shortly decurrent, with lamellulae

Stipe: Smooth, white to cream, fairly thin and delicate, moist (not slimy)

Pileus: moist (not slimy), slightly convex to planar, white to cream, somewhat striate near outer edge

Odor: indistinct

Spore print: White
