The fibers on the cap surface look to be held down, probably in the gelatin matrix. That would point more towards Pholiota? They kinda look like what you see in Lacrymaria, but the rest of the ‘shroom doesn’t.

Huh… Maybe Pholiota or Tricholoma… It would be good to know the spore colour.
