Observation 316998: Agrocybe praecox group

Notes:
Chemical_Reactions: 5 and 10% KOH orangey brown on the cap
Spore_Print: Brown
Other: The identification is tentative. Its spores are 7-7.5 × 11-12, which is a bit bigger than those reported by Michael Kuo. The fungus was growing from buried wood chips.
