Growing near mixed conifers ~ 4900 ft.
Caps up to 7.0 cm across.
Stems with evanescent annular zone between base and mid-stipe.
Also some yellow patches at base of stipe.
Spores ~ 8.0-10.0 X 4.9-5.2 microns, elongate and slightly to moderately rough.
UV light on dried material only gave some pinkish spots on base of stipe.
Seems to be a fairly close match to the description in the 2017 Mycologia article by Ammirati et. al.
