Hortiboletus is not easy to ID to species without the use of a microscope or genetic testing. Thus, confidence levels should be more realistic.
IMO, which is based on the most recent literature assessment of Hortiboletus taxa, the stipital ornamentation and lack of cracking in mature caps seen in the pic point away from campestris.
