Observation 318143: Peniophorella P. Karst.

Notes:
All structures inamyloid. Monomitic with clamped generative hyphae. Stephanocysts present. Stephanocyst measurements: (12.7) 12.72 – 19.46 (19.5) × (8.6) 8.62 – 14.25 (14.3) µm, Q = 1.4 – 1.6; N = 4, Me = 15.5 × 10.5 µm; Qe = 1.5. Dendrohyphidia-like structures present. Two types of cystidia measurements: obclavate, smooth gloeocystidia and subcapitate to subcapitate with small amounts of crystals near the apex. Gloeocystidia measurements: (30.7) 39.8 – 77.9 (87.2) × (5.6) 6.7 – 11.1 (12.1) µm, Q = (3.3) 4.4 – 8.1 (9.6); N = 27, Me = 54.8 × 9.2 µm; Qe = 6. Basidia 4-sterigmate and termninal. Basidia measurements: 19.7 – 23.87 (23.9) × 6.6 – 7.9 µm, Q = 3 – 3.2; N = 4, Me = 22 × 7.1 µm; Qe = 3.1. Spores smooth and thin-walled. Spore measurements: (6.4) 6.7 – 8.1 (8.3) × (3.3) 3.6 – 4.4 (4.7) µm, Q = (1.6) 1.7 – 2.1 (2.2); N = 30, Me = 7.3 × 4 µm; Qe = 1.8
