The stipe color is wrong. The stipe of indecisus is supposed to be whitish when young, developing brown shades on lower half. The colors see here are the exact opposite, and the brown of the upper half of stipe appears to be the original, natural color. I also understand that indecisus is mostly a northeastern taxon…
Lots of nondescript brown tylos out there, both bitter and mild. ID through morphology has its limitations. :-)

This fits pretty much every aspect of the description on mushroomexpert.
The taste was relatively mild, it was found under oaks, the staining matched, the slightly decurrent pore surface matched the pictures that I found.

Also the FeSO4 test came out to be bluish gray. I accidentally neglected to add the picture, but I just uploaded it for the sake of certainty.
