I have no doubt these would make a tasty meal. But two is more than enough for my purposes. :-) By the way, you are probably aware that at least half of the porcini material you send me gets shipped to Dr. Bryn Dentinger at UMNH. He is one of the scientists at the forefront of the porcini research.

Yep, these are porcini alright, more specifically porcini s.s. Not sure about the species though. Hopefully we will know more through genetic testing.
