Young lichen is greyish-green or dark green, the old one is greenish-grey or brownish-grey up to grey. NaClO made greenish tint, KOH + dark green colouring

I never have seen something similar before, because it looks as a kind of moss.
At last I found old dried lichen together with growing green one.
