Notes:
It is in an area with many Russula. Stipe is quite long and breadcrust-like ‘stuff’ mixed in the leaf-litter nearby the base or volva.

Not confident on this but also not feeling too friendly for anyone would obfuscate my opinion without explanation. If you have expertise please share it.

The general appearance

of the mushroom, the length in particular, point somewhere besides Russula, in my non-expert opinion. It looks more like an amanita. I don’t know if any in section Vaginatae with that color, however, and the ringless stipe And bulbless base would indicate that section.
