Observation 320321: Amanita amerifulva group (Site ID) (Amanita fulva group)

Growing atop a small mossy bank in the open on the edge of a forest. Edge of the forest is a line of red oaks, and behind the oaks is a hemlock forest. Birch also present.

Spores (only a few observed from a light drop), globose 9-10.5 with prominent apiculus.
