Beautiful finds. I have been following your boletus observations as well from austin for a while, makes me happy to see them around. Will probably drive out there this weekend since you are still finding them. Thanks for posting.

It seems that they like hot and dry weather. Logan, I hope that you could find them. I would be happy to show the exact locations.

You’re finding all sorts of cool stuff over there, Alexey. Bravo. I used to live in College Station and never would have expected to encounter such fungal biodiversity.

I’ve got family near CS and will be there soon. I’ll be on the look out for these edulis-like boletes :)
