Cap 6 to 2 cm in the clump largest cap 6 mm wide convex orange brown darker at he center smooth slimy very sticky. Margin striate. flesh watery no taste or smell.
Gills attached becoming sub decurrent yellowish close narrow. Spore print white.
Stem 4.5 cm 5 mm thick smooth and yellowish at the apex becoming dark reddish brown and velvety starting at the base upward ,tough .
Growing in cluster on the base of a standing dead ash,.
