Notes:
Growing solitarily, three to four within 4 sq. ft area in damp lawn. Cap slightly viscid when wet, radially lined from margin about 3/4 of cap. Stipe fragile, smooth, enlarging slightly towards base. Gills distant, annexed to free. Short gills consistent. Deposit is cream/pale/pink. Spores ellipsoid, irregular and pitted. 8-11.7 × 5.5-8
