Other: Typical resupinate white poria. Has an orange growth over its surface, with little black specks.

It looks that way. Old Antrodia can crumble anfnget chalky white and orange like that here in the pnw.

The orange parts look like some sort of hrowth on tbe original polypore, which looks pretty rotten at this point. Growth on a conifer log also make that ID pretty unlikely
