at lumberyard picnic area (Ellis Road at Hwy 88)
scent indistinct in the field, foul when old; hidden largely underground
volva a large and sturdy round, white bulb- shorter horizontally than vertically.
The bulb was rounded/enlarged inside the sac but not with an obvious rim/margin/lip and nowhere squared-off.
stipe smooth, white, unchanging, striated at apex; no annulus found on any of the 3 mushrooms but none were at a young stage.
cap off-white, with a few warty bumps- warts each short, rounded and smooth;
pileus margin not serrated or striated
very faint light yellow (just slightly greenish yellow?) wash to gills (all similar, but most colorful shown)
