Growing under a solitary Pin Oak, in sandy soil. Cap dry, margin slightly lined (older specimen). Gills flexible, irregular forking. Stipe smooth, barely flushed with darker tones (light grey?). Odor mild, taste mild to barely acrid. Deposit white.
