Cap- shiny, smooth, no yellow bruising reaction, no phenol odor (which I can typically detect). Chemical test of NaOH resulted in a very weak yellow.

This other possible species you suggested I hadn’t thought of and now see that a lot of characteristics match up good. Perhaps that NaOH test was really negative as it was VERY light and wasn’t sure if that was a true reaction. I remember thinking that the chocolate colored gills looked more “pinkish” than other Agaricus I have seen at this age.
