A trio in grass under Oak on residential property. Specimens appear more gray with a hint of green than is apparent in the posted images. No matter what light the specimens were photographed in, they seemed to look bluer than in actuality. Largest cap: 7 cm., wrinkled and “veined”, gills initially creamy then yellowish, some forked, only at apex of stipe. Stipe: 5 cm. X 1.3 cm., enlarged base, cavernous, lightly streaked with yellow near apex and at the base. KOH yellow on cap. White spore print.
