Pileus 27 × 40 mm Ø, campanulate, fibrillose, predominantly nippled (ombo), whitish in the center;
Gills adnate, broad, narrow, with lamellae and lamellules, brownish;
Stipe 32-42 × 3-4 mm Ø, cylindrical, equal, whitish, hollow, with bulbous base;
Cortine ?;
Flesh unchanging;
Exhalation stale floral with fish, unpleasant;
Floral fishy, unpleasant;
Spore print brown;
Macrochemical reaction: P.D.A.B. = lack of reaction on the flesh of the stipe;
Remarks: very unpleasant smell;
