a few things on there are outdated. I like that people keep MO updated quicker then Index Fungorum or Mycobank.

does not occur in the US besides Utah and a pocket of Northern Califorinia due to cultivating and invasive colonization if you can call it that. Lucidium is a european taxon. Tsugae while it is found on conifers east of Colorado can sometimes but rarely be found on hardwood trees and the conk in your photo presents the classic morphology or Tsugae.
