Agaricus ?

Any idea what type of Agaricus? It is not augustus due to it’s lack of smell.
The ring and cap strongly suggest that it belongs to the toxic section in Agaricus. Many people can detect a creosote-like odor in these mushrooms. Inside the base of the stem you might see a color change to yellow.
More than one species looks a lot like this. My best guess is A. buckmacadooi.
