Holy Cow! About 8 total, some already spoiling, all within ten feet of this tree,which I need help ID’ing…



Is this a young beech? It was a smallish clump of six or seven young trunks, all within 6 feet, none higher than 15 feet…what tree is this? The Kings were undoubtedly associated with this tree

Recognized by sight: Not sure if we have Boletus edulis in Vermont, it’s probably safer to call it Boletus edulis group, of which there are several members in Vermont.
