- Habitat: spruce duff
- Habit: Growing gregariously
- Pileus: Color=pinkish/red/yellow. Connical shape with yellow nipple. Horizontal breadth=5mm
- Stipe: More or less even. Vertical length=20-30mm. Yellowish white.
- Spore print: White
- Gills: Faint pinkish
– Note: Compare to Mycena leptophylla which is saprobic on forest debree of hardwoods.
