Notes:
Growing scattered on lawn in the park

Cap slightly depressed at the center

Similar to Hygrocybe ovina but flesh does not staining red when injured. Odor like brown sugar syrup.

Since there is no red bruising in this specimen, it is doubtful that it belongs to Neohygrocybe.
