Pileus: 50 mm, round, planar with slight central umbo, glabrous, dry, one fourth striate margin, fuliginous, darker over umbo, numerous bister brown volval patches not easily removed.

Lamellae: free, close, broad, white.

Stipe: 90 × 5 mm, cream with dark fibrils, hollow, slightly flared at apex.

Basal Bulb: not present in specimen collection.

Spore Print: white.

Spores: 7.5 – 12.5 µm, globose, rugose, hyaline.

Amanita stirps Sororcula would be my suggestion for a starting point.
