Pileus: 51 mm, round, planar, scrobiculate, dry, glabrous, rimose-areolate, ochre fading to ochraceous-buff toward margin.

Context: 7mm thick, white, does not stain.

Pores: 4 mm deep, free, sunken around stipe, 2-3 per mm, round, lemon yellow.

Stipe: 40 × 8 mm, curved, tapered to base, stipitapellis 1-2 mm thick, context white and spongy, warm sepia brown, paler at apex.

Spore Print: ochre yellow.

Spores: 7 – 12.5 × 4 – 6 µm, subfusiform, pitted or wrinkled with some appearing uniguttulate, pale bown.

Chemical Reactions: KOH & NH4OH negative on all parts, FESO4 , pale blue gray on pileus and context.
