Habitat: Growing in soil on road shoulder mowed periodically by county mowers. First spotted on 2018-10-08, and photographed again on 2018-10-09.

Habit: Single
Cap/upper_surface: 10-08. Ca 7=8 cm across; high conves; covered with off-white warts; deep peach color. 10-09. Ca. 12-13 cm across; slightly concave; covered with off-white warts.
Cap/underside: Gills; not attached; frequent short gills
Stipe: ca 1-5 cm diameter, narrowing suddenly and then gradually widening towards a bulb at the base; fragile annulus, white with yellowish margin; few volval remnants at top of basal bulb.
