Notes:
Fruiting in grass between Douglas fir and western hemlock. No pink tinges to stem, no distinct odor(as would be expected with the similarly purple capped, but much more shrimpy and odorific, R. xerampelina). Dried and stored a single fruiting body for herbarium.
