Notes:
Solitary specimen in soil near landscaping pines and spruce. Cap 8 cm. (viscid), stipe 3 cm. Has glandular dots at apex of stipe. Flesh yellow. Obtained light brown color spore print. Tubes 5 mm. flesh about 1.5 cm. Red streaks on yellow cap. This area usually produces MANY Suilllus sp. as late as November. Maybe this is the “scout” for the rest to come. Hope so.
