the info. My little mushroom ID book is pretty pathetic and I find it nearly impossible to keep up the details of mushroom taxonomy! I appreciate your input!

that there were three of these:

Tricholomopsis sulphureoides
Tricholomopsis decora
Tricholomopsis flavescens

separated only by subtle macro- and micromorphological differences, according to Kuo:


I will be sure to collect, scope and save these in the future.

In the case of this observation, I wonder whether enough information is present to be certain on one of the three possible names.
