Cap/upper_surface: ca 7-8 cm diameter; convex, central dark umbo, with fewer coarse scales towards margin; fine white scales over surface.
Cap/underside: Gills white, no short gills; free; white, becoming cream with age.
Stipe: Stipe gray, ca. 6-7 mm diameter and ca. 15 cm long; prominent shaggy annulus present; small scales along upper two-thirds of stipe; bulbous base.
Remarks: Found approximately 0,5 miles north of observation 340764. Overall the mushrooms are very similar. The fine scales on these mushrooms were less obvious, and the scales on the stipe were different in appearance from those in MO340764.
