cap 3.2 cm broad, surface was slightly viscid; grayish cap; flesh was extremely soft. gills are white; free to adnexed. stalk was 7 cm long and .5 cm thick; white and smooth. spore print is white; spores were 9 microns on average and were round, smooth and not amyloid. was found solitary and in an oak bottom in the woods. found near hardwood trees.

No description of the stipe base provided. Would have been nice to see a photo of the top of the cap and base of the stipe.
