Notes:
Specimen has a 7.2 cm broad cap, that is almost completely round, becoming convex. Surface was viscid, smooth, and white. Stalk was 5 cm long, white but bruised pinkish red, and contained a sac like volva. Specimen has a mild anise odor. Spore print obtained was white, spores 11×7 microns, elliptical to ovoid, smooth, and amyloid. Specimen was found in grassy area littered with pine needles.
