Notes:
-Specimens observed in October
-Found fruiting in scattered clusters on a decaying stump surrounded by living deciduous trees
-Smooth, convex, and zonated pileus
-Attached (adnexed) hymenium with tight gill spacing and a mixture of long and short gills
-Stipe is smooth to slightly rough and thinner at the base (possibly rooting)
-Partial veil ring zone is present on the stipe
