Cap was pale yellow-tannish, rough, and slightly lumpy. Flesh was pale yellow. Pores were bright yellow and round. They got mushy when touched, but didn’t really bruise. Yellow, reticulate stipe that tapered at the base. Basal mycelium was pale yellowish. Growing alone, on the ground, under oak.
