Looks more like Ramaria myceliosa, which there is a lot of out there. R. myceliosa often has an olive-brown region just above an off-white base, and then the branches are tan to brown. In Ramaria abietina it will be more of an even tan-brown all over, with green (really green, not olive), stain appearing anywhere, from the base to the tips.

Where did you see the green colors here? I can’t tell enough from the photo, but it seems that the only greenish area is an olive-brown region near the base, and no green on the branches or tips.
