Sorry, no photo is available…although I could just snap one of the Chanties I grabbed down in the bay this past weekend and call it the same. I just stumbled across this sight while searching the web to see what others are finding where in California. The sighting was a few weeks back, toward the end of January. I was pretty darn surprised myself.

I was looking into renting a house with a few friends on the edge of town, and sure enough the yard was sprinkled with ‘em. Didn’t end up moving in, though that was a definite bonus for that place!
