R. badiialba is unlikely due to geography. Is there an eastern equivalent? Is there something this could be besides Rhodocollybia? It just looks too weird for R. butyracea to me…

I think R. badiialba is a western species that doesn’t occur in eastern NA

while R. butyracea is pretty common and can have a dark red brown cap as shown in the Quebec photos.
