Mainly hemlock, birch, beech, and maple; no oak.
It seems that all the forests around here had plenty of “lavendula”, right up until snow and a hard freeze brought the season of mycorrhizal mushrooms to an end. These were found during a period of warm weather.
Spores globose or nearly so with maximum length/diameter approaching 9.5 microns.
