As I mentioned, when I came back the next day it was gone. It’s in a woods that I’ll be visiting again next year though, and now I’ll know to look out for it.

Do you have any part of the mushroom dried?

When specimens looking like members of the sororcula group come from the northern tier of U.S. states, I always wonder if we are seeing the (apparently) hard to find A. minnesorora. I really want to see a collection with photographs.
