Observation 3490: Bolbitius “gastrocybe-yellow”

Notes:
Collected at the edge of continuously wet habitat at Sand Lake, along roads just above the Bassets store; growing among marsh grasses and mosses. Only one fruit body found, despite vigorous searching by Matt Keirle, myself and others. Specimen sent to SFSU Herbarium.

Is the proposed name valid (legitimate) and properly published? Has any follow-work been done on it?

Should be Gastrocybe “yellow” rather than Gastrocybe lateritia
