Habitat: growing on a rotting log

Smell: slightly floral

Pileus: smooth, brown in the center and dark tan on the outer edge; it had a silky/moist texture, and its width was 1.9 cm. There were some veins on the underside of it by the gills as well

Stipe: was dry and dull with dimensions 1.7 cm long and 1 mm wide

Lamella: light beige, and decurrent, with even edges. The lamella size was 8 mm

Spore Print: white
