Gotta be Lobaria

I think your options are L. quercizans and L. ravenelii. I was told L. ravenelii is “scrobiculate” just like this one, but I was also told it would have smaller lobes and would never grow on rock. Also, L. quercizans has invariably had rounded lobe tips in my experience, this one has somewhat squared tips. Look at all those tiny lobules, too. The more I think about it, the more convinced I am this is L. ravenelii. Just a few things that don’t work. Any chance this thing is growing somewhere you could collect a piece of it?
