Substrate and habitat: Growing on a tree trunk about 50 cm DBH about 2 m above the ground in wet riparian woodland near a fast-flowing stream.
Identification: Dark lead gray, rosette-forming, laminally isidiate lichen with characteristically rounded lobe tips.
