Notes:
Locality: 35°37’39.07"N, 83°43’35.76"W, el. 485 m

Substrate and habitat: Growing on the bole of a hardwood tree about 16cm DBH beside a small permanent stream, with Fuscopannaria leucosticta, Lobaria quercizans, and Sticta sp.
