“I confirmed that the youngest one had milk when it was cut open so I would go with Zelleromyces cinnabarinus. Described from Louisiana with pines and widespread in the Southeast. I have not seen it here before so it is awesome to have the record and the collection!”

if so, this is surely one of the Russulaceae.
not all Lactarius bleed latex.
