Growing in deep, moss covered Picea engelmannii litter with Mycena oregonensis. All structures appeared inamyloid in Melzer’s reagent. Asci unitunicate and 8-spored. Spores hyaline and thread-like. Spore measurements: (30.9) 31.6 – 41.9 (48.8) × (1.5) 1.6 – 2.8 (3) µm, Q = (10.9) 11.6 – 21.7 (22.4); N = 13, Me = 37.2 × 2.3 µm; Qe = 17.1
