On Quercus agrifolia bark.
Thallus yellowish, continuous, C+O, K+Y. Apothecia plane to convex, epruinose. Epihymenium dark with aeruginose tints, POL+. Hypothecium brown, K+intensifying, hymenium hyaline, not or weakly? inspersed.
Spores simple, hyaline, globose, about 13×8µm.
